Disability Access
All patient facilities are located on the ground floor with level access. There is a designated parking space reserved for patients displaying a disabled badge outside our entrance on Pinhoe Road. Access from the road to the surgery can be gained via our ramp.
We can arrange interpretation and translation services by telephone for patients who speak little or no English. Please let us know whether you require this service at the time of booking an appointment.
Loop System
There is a Hearing Loop in reception for use by people with hearing aids and the building has been designed and decorated to make it easier for people with visual problems. We have a disabled toilet and baby change facilities.
